Ligue 1 Match Between Toulouse and Troyes Postponed Amid Ongoing Unrest in France
The Ligue 1 clash between Toulouse FC and ESTAC Troyes has been rescheduled following significant civil unrest across France. The postponement was requested by local administrative authorities as parts of Toulouse remain under an overnight curfew.

The Ligue 1 fixture between Toulouse FC and ESTAC Troyes has been rescheduled following widespread unrest throughout France. The Ligue de Football Professionnel confirmed that the game was moved to Sunday, October 25 at 5:15 PM at the request of the Haute-Garonne Prefecture and in coordination with broadcaster Ligue1+.
The scheduling change follows some of the worst domestic unrest France has experienced in years. Thousands of people have been arrested, while numerous shops have been looted or damaged amid ongoing protests over high prices and declining public services. In response to the escalating situation, authorities in Toulouse imposed an overnight curfew in specific areas of the city, which is scheduled to remain in effect until Sunday.
The turmoil has also directly affected other top-flight clubs in the country. Earlier in the week, both Olympique de Marseille and Lille reported that their official retail stores were looted during the unrest.
